Physical Health vs Spiritual Health

 


      Aging could impact the lives of many persons in today's society due to many things such as development and aging affect people in different ways. As we all change in different ways we experience all changes in different ways. An individual who has a little of age one on is more likely to have poor immunity than someone who has become older. Physical age has a huge effect on a person’s health.

A person could either have poor physical and emotional health or excellent physical and emotional health. However one may know all about the physical disease while another may have no idea what they are going through.


How to learn to take good care

 

I believe the best method to take care of our health and how we feel is to learn to take good care of ourselves. If we take good care of ourselves we can’t turn back the clock and we can’t get older we have a better chance to have a healthy and happy life.

We cannot understand the meaning of good and good, how we feel about certain things can change so much and change our mental health and our physical health for the better. Being healthy is the best feeling you can ever get. Learning how to be active can also prove that most of our pain or injury is not from our bodies but our bad lifestyle choices. Also, we have a better chance of getting into the right mood and feeling our best if we are healthy.


What is beneficial in health realization?


 Learning to enjoy yourself is also the right feeling we have while practicing healthy eating habits. Looking at exercise can make it difficult for us to feel the best about our self because we are teaching ourselves to be lazy. Being lazy is a bad habit to let our health and our mood decline. We are lazy! Doing things for a sport other than exercise makes us feel bored and frustrated and will take our health down. Getting physical is beneficial and many people do not realize this.

Try to get in physical activity. Do you exercise regularly and is it important to stay active? Exercise has also helped all living things on earth life survive due to its benefits. Blood circulation is more important than any vitamins, special nutrients, as well as minerals. A recent study of 5,000 adults 65 years old and older, people whose health status was better than that of people without any special health problems.

 

How works physical activity?

 

As soon as we become older, we usually forget how to be active. It’s hard when we have the chance to take up physical activity to get in a good mood and stay in good health, I agree with many people as they usually just feel lazy. Learning to be active allows us to change our state of mind about we can’t change the fact that you have to take care of yourself.

We can’t reverse age, but we can improve our lives and make us want to do something active and want to be healthy.

 

Psychological factors of health

 

Our health benefits on more than physical issues and the relationship between physical and mental illnesses. Sociologists say: “physical health is not only linked to biological aspects of health, but also psychosocial factors, such as social stratification, stress, suicidal ideation, and social adjustment to novelty." As we get older our bodies slowly become smaller causing our blood pressure levels to drop and leave our arteries more vulnerable. I think our bodies want to help us be healthy but it is difficult if you have someone who is not into healthy eating habits.

Physical health is also relevant to emotional well-being. It is important for a physical being to stay fit and active if you are going through struggles. Through physical activity, we become less stressed and feel less depressed. We are also able to maintain a good mood and be more productive. People must be active for so many reasons health benefits us. Start to take good care of yourself by first learning how to maintain a balanced diet and lifestyle. The importance of exercise cannot be overemphasized as there is a link between food and exercise; physical activity can enhance weight loss and increase life expectancy. Many studies have shown that exercise significantly increases the amount of antioxidant activity in your blood, which is crucial to maintaining a healthy immune system.”

 

Healthy Lifestyle



 

I believe to be a better lifestyle we have to become active more often. Sooner or later you’ll be in a position where you can’t do anything unless you want to. Once you have your main responsibility of work and home life you will also need to take up physical activities. If your situation is as feeling sleepy, being stressed all the time, being depressed, and being sick all of the time. It would be best if you have everything taken care of to lessen your situation and lighten the load.

 

Spiritual Health

Physical health has spiritual meaning. (Even though spiritual meaning comes in spiritual being) The thoughts are what we feel the heart, mind, and body. The voice a voice inside our head (can’t find and escape it!). The look of a soul image is more than skin deep.


Can we say it ‘Metaphysical life of the soul’?

 

In our modern world, it can be difficult to say and most of us just put “done” before that statement. How far is the spiritual life beyond us? Even though we can feel it inside the body it can also be overwhelming. I think Spiritual knowing is more important than physical knowing. 

Physical beings have to take care of themselves healthily for the physical needs of the body. But a soul has to take care of them for the divine cause.

As per Rudy Seldom (Buddhist Priest and British author):

“To be spiritual” means that we know. And we know because we could tell if we were just at a healthy level without understanding how we are out there — inside our body. Our brains can’t fulfill our spiritual awareness.

On spiritual knowing (spiritual awareness) we experience the right way how we are used. By being with spirit guides we experience the right way because the way of being with them is “purifying” (divine love).

Most of us don’t sit with a spirit guide regularly but we do sit with our mirrors daily. If we are feeling physically sick go see our mirror daily.

 

In our subconscious mind, there is something called “glow,” thinking about how good or good you look. We tend to see ourselves from all angles, from good-looking to sick. Let’s start with thoughts that are often easy to manage by the human brain. They allow us to envision our life the way we want them to be.

The first 5 minutes of your meditation make or break your life. You could not be doing this poorly to get where you are now. You could just have gone right in the way. Or we can start looking at inner fears and fears, powerful emotions.

 

What does it mean to you? Will you get better self-esteem today? Can your future face a smoother path? What about the future of your children?

Change your thoughts, become aware. Try journaling 3–5 times a day to read from your heart. (And do another to get a better insight.)

Let’s suppose in your journal you think “it means I am spiritually confident.” What does that mean about you? What words and words have you said that you’re now realizing were out of control? What’s the problem?

You are suffering from our “monkey mind”.

Our only way of knowing is our thoughts. If you have a good thought that is the key.

Be empathetic to your thoughts. Yes, they are there but you are the final judge.

Get out of the way. It won’t help to talk to you.

At the age of 19, I had an existential struggle. There I found myself at a building meeting where I was sitting by myself.

I had two ideas about what to do (most people don’t discuss choices, even when they don’t?) but wanted them to be discussed.

I thought if I sat there alone and allowed my words to come out — they wouldn’t work. After all “Silence creates peace”.

I thought — so I decided to talk, what was wrong with being quiet.

Want the moment? You can’t understand your meditation alone. You must understand others' words and thoughts about your own. Do they get you? If they aren’t there’s a good chance it doesn’t either.

What are the words and thoughts you’re telling yourself that keep you from hearing other people’s voices?

If not, then why does it matter if someone else is silent?

 Rather than listening to the voice tell you, try to understand the other person and their own experience.

In the end only what has substance to it will keep you on the course.

The thing is anything spiritual is complex and can be difficult to be understood by mere humans, even those with good intent.
